Prevention and Social Media Specialist
Dwyane Williams, joined NAESM, Inc. as the Prevention and Social Media Specialist in August 2017. In his role, Dwyane provides testing, education, counseling, and manages the dissemination of news via NAESM’s social media platforms. As well, serves as the primary liaison of the Build a Brother Institute.
Dwyane contributes to NAESM his experience in working with and for MSM communities via targeted interventions and community engagement. In Houston, Texas, Dwyane served as Coordinator of the mPowerment Project with Legacy Community Health Services. Dwyane also served as the Youth Transition Coordinator with The Montrose Center. Additionally, in his experience, Dwyane has fused his passion for community with research targeting education and eradication of HIV/AIDS. To this, he has served as Research Coordinator with the HIV Vaccine Trials Network (Baylor College of Medicine) and the Young Men’s Affiliation Project (University of Texas School of Public Health).
