Staff Farewell Recognition: Tiera Latson, MPH
Dear NAESM Family,
Please join us in wishing Tiera Latson a farewell as she matriculates from NAESM. Tiera joined NAESM, Inc. 2014, and served as the Prevention Coordinator. In this position, she coordinated outreach events, managed PrEP clients, implemented educational and awareness, and created grassroots within the community.
The agency would like to extend our appreciation for all her hard work and dedication to various tasks. It is hard to say goodbye to an intelligent and innovative individual like Tiera Latson, but we know she must embark on new life missions to leave her footprint in the health industry and impact the lives of many. You truly will be missed.
Here are some farewell comments from NAESM’s staff:
“Moving to Atlanta, Georgia from Houston, Texas wasn’t easy. I missed friends, family and familiarity. I began at NAESM and under Tiera two months after my transition. Almost immediately she embraced and encouraged me beyond my professional development. Tiera was kind, supporting and led with sincere compassion. I am grateful to have worked with & for her and I look forward to seeing what the future has in store for Tiera Latson.”
“Tiera Latson is a unique, capable, and well-rounded individual who used her abilities, aptitudes, and passion to affect positive change on an appreciable scale during her time at NAESM Inc. – while it saddens me to see Miss Latson leave the agency, I am excited to see the new places her talent and dedication will take her.”

“It has been an absolute pleasure working with you. Good luck with all your future endeavors and I look forward to working with you again in the future.”
